Details This study investigates the coordination and use of language resources at a university language facility serving the University of Oxford’s 39 colleges, the Oxford University Language Centre. It looks into how language learning resources are conceptualized, utilized, and evaluated in selected tertiary-level language programmes in the UK, US, and India. The first stage of the study focused on the Oxford University Language Centre (OULC), exploring—through interviews and surveys—how teachers, students, and support staff (particularly the librarian and associated IT support personnel) conceive of “language resources,” use them, and help bring them to each other’s awareness.
