Details	むだ時間を含む離散時間システムに対するロバスト安定性とロバスト安定化制御器の設計を行う。ロバスト安定条件の導出には、拡大リアプノフ関数やフリー重み行列などを用いて、保守性の低い条件を導く。さらに、そのロバスト安定条件に基づいて、ロバスト安定化制御器の設計を行う。最後に数値例により、得られた結果の有効性を確認する。
